Star Wars has made a name for itself as one of the biggest franchises in Hollywood history through the years. However, since 2019, it has made a name for itself as a staple of the Disney Plus streaming service. And, like it did with the silver screen beforehand, it has dominated the small screen over the past six years.
It all started with the beloved Mandalorian, which catapulted Pedro Pascal to even greater levels of superstardom than he had already attained and turned Grogu, a.k.a. "Baby Yoda", into an internet sensation. From there, spinoffs The Book of Boba Fett and Ahsoka were launched, while other Star Wars projects such as Andor, Obi-Wan Kenobi, The Acolyte and Skeleton Crew have all made their presences felt throughout.
There have been ups and downs along the way, including some divisive critical reception and even a cancellation here and there. But the Star Wars franchise has persevered, entertaining audiences around the world. And although some of those shows could be watched on multiple streaming services, one beloved Star Wars show has been pulled from one of them.
Andor no longer available to watch on Hulu
Andor has officially left Hulu, making Disney Plus the only streaming service on which you can watch the beloved Star Wars show. Fans first noticed that the show would be departing the former service when an "Expires Thursday" tag appeared by the thumbnail on Hulu and, sure enough, when Thursday July 3 rolled around, Andor was no longer listed among the streamer's titles.
Although the Star Wars series was made for and by the Disney Plus streamer, it could stream on Hulu as well due to the fact that Disney owns both services. While there are still shows that are housed on both, it's clear that this is a move to consolidate all of the Star Wars content on one specific streamer. And with that, both seasons of Andor were removed from Hulu.

Andor is among the most successful shows ever crafted for Disney Plus. A spinoff of 2016 movie Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, the Lucasfilm series functions as a prequel, focusing on Cassian Andor in the run-up to both the aforementioned film and 1977's original Star Wars movie A New Hope. Diego Luna reprises the role in the adventure, which has received critical acclaim throughout its run. Its second and final season arrived on the streamers earlier this year, completing its 12-episode run on May 13, 2025, bringing the series to a close in the process.
The show was supposed to have a lot longer of a run, but the decision was ultimately made to condense it into two seasons instead. Given the overwhelmingly positive response to the show, it's safe to say that this decision paid off... even if it will be sad to bid Cassian Andor farewell.
But if you were watching the show on Hulu, we hope you managed to get it completed before it was pulled from the streamer. The good news is that it is still available on Disney Plus for you to watch at any time - and, given that it will likely go down in history as one of the streamer's greatest ever accomplishments, that's a darn good thing!
