2. Reverse-Flash / Professor Zoom / Zoom

No matter what you call him, this guy is the yin to Flash’s yang, and he’s got to be on the TV show in some capacity. Despite the fact that his yellow suit is one of comics’ best visuals, I can’t see it appearing on the series, but there’s no doubt that the designers can come up with something that gets across the ides that this is supposed to be an evil counterpart to Barry Allen.

Since we know that Rick Cosnett is playing Eddie Thawne — which is darn close to the Reverse-Flash’s secret identity of Eobard Thawne — there’s a natural assumption that he’ll end up as Zoom. But the Arrow team has shown a willingness to play with expectations like that in some cases, so don’t be shocked if Cosnett’s character is at least a partial red herring to throw us off track.
