3. Mirror Master

Here’s a villain I could easily see being used even without needing a costume. Mirror Master’s wizardry with light and optics could easily be used to befuddle Barry Allen on TV and wouldn’t even cause the producers to blow the budget on special effects. Just don’t expect to see people popping in and out using mirrors as portals to other dimensions.

Which Mirror Master, you ask? Sam Scudder is the original, but if we want to go the accent route again, Evan McCulloch would fit the bill. It really doesn’t matter as long as one of them is on the show.
