"If you’re looking for the good, kid-friendly fun that the DC Animated Universe used to deliver on the regular, look not to recent fare like the grim New 52-inspired Justice League: War, but instead to the Giancarlo Volpe-directed JLA Adventures: Trapped in Time.JLA Adventures: Trapped in Time feels like a movie out of time in and of itself; it’s a call back to the glory days of DC’s animated output. It might not have the refined animation of the Bruce Timm era, but it’s certainly a ton of fun despite its flaws."

I haven’t seen the film yet for myself but it sounds like a good way to spend an hour. I am a big fan of the animated show Justice League, later known as Justice League Unlimited when the team expanded. While I have enjoyed most of DC’s recent animated films, I have missed the fun and humor of shows like JLU. I’ll see if I can’t watch it within the week and get up my own review of JLA Adventures: Trapped in Time.
