‘Beware the Batman: Dark Justice’ Available for Pre-Order
By Skip Harvey
Whether or not you were a fan of the animated Beware the Batman, Cartoon Network apparently wasn’t. They split up season 1, delayed the second half then eventually moved it to a deadly time slot. But for those who sincerely enjoyed it, the last of it is now up for pre-order on Blu-Ray through the Warner Archive Collection.
"The groundbreaking all-new CGI animated series returns. Batman, Alfred and swordstress Katana are back to take on the underworld likes of Anarky, Professor Pyg, Mister Toad and Magpie. Produced by Warner Bros. Animation, this action-packed detective thriller deftly redefines what we have come to know as a “Batman show.”"

Dark Justice is the second half of season 1, and sadly, the likely last half of the show. No word on what direction DC is going to go if Beware ends here, especially if the rumored Batman Unlimited is a one-shot. Until they announce their next step officially, this is the last Batman series we’ve got for a little while.
