New Justice League: Throne Of Atlantis Trailer Barely Has Any Batman…
Yeah, the title of the latest Justice League animated film, Throne of Atlantis, clearly is not focused on Batman, it’s DC’s latest desperate attempt to make one of their lamest characters, Aquaman cool. So they reboot his origin and make him a traveling hobo. Makes sense that Aquaman is the focus of the film, doesn’t change the fact that Throne of Atlantis is a Justice league film and Batman barely appears in it.

Again, I get that it’s clearly an Aquaman-focused film, but DC is selling Throne of Atlantis as a Justice League movie, because clearly they have little confidence that Aquaman can even carry a direct to video release. We’ll see just how involved Batman is in Justice League: Throne of Atlantis when it hits, which unfortunately rather than a vague date of 2015, we don’t have a good idea of when it will be out.
