First Look: Visit The Planet Of The Symbiotes In Guardians Of The Galaxy #21
By Nick Tylwalk
Mankind has long dreamed of visiting other planets and meeting other living beings. The thing is, those dreams probably didn’t include stopping by a world full of deadly symbiotic beings like the one that bonds with a person to become Venom.

If that sounds like a nightmare, it’s one that is going to come to life from writer Brian Michael Bendis and artist Valerio Schiti in November. In Guardians of the Galaxy #21, they’re sending the team to the home planet of the symbiotes, where Flash Thompson might have second thoughts about becoming Venom. With his costume finally reunited with the rest of its species, the Guardians might be in a situation that’s too much for even them to handle.
Oh, and if you need a sign of how bad things could get on this planet, here are two words for you: Groot-Venom!
While you let that concept rattle around inside your head for a bit, get a first look at some of Schiti’s interior pages, and prepare to visit the Planet of the Symbiotes when Guardians of the Galaxy #21 hits stores and digital on November 19.
