By Nick Tylwalk
As usual, Gameloft has come through and given Spider-Man Unlimited players a way to ensure they get the latest and greatest character to hit the game simply by putting in time over the next few days.

The character in question is the May Parker version of Spider-Girl, seen recently in the pages of Spider-Verse. She was first introduced last week in an event that required a high score to nab her, but the current event, “Like Father, Like Daughter,” makes it possible to guarantee you end up with her Epic card as a reward.
What you’ll need to do is rack up 6,000 cumulative combos playing the event int he next two days, something made easier by the fact that numerous characters already in the game have abilities that grant bonus combo counts to add up by defeating enemies, having near misses with obstacles or swinging through rings. You can also go for prizes on the leaderboard that include Premium Portals and ISO-8 by racking up high scores, with a bonus granted if you’ve already got Spider-Girl and use her in the event.
Spider-Girl is also available to the top nine finishers today on the Unlimited Mode scoreboard, and while she’s yet to make an appearance in the Premium Portal rotation, it’s possible she’ll make her way there as well in due time. Gameloft has promised more female characters like Spider-Gwen in the near future, so Spider-Girl should have some more women to keep her company on your team soon enough.
