Bug Your LCS Now For The Secret Wars Battleboard

From the “this would look really cool on my wall” file comes the Secret Wars Battleboard, an oversized, 13.25″ by 20.575″ map of Battleworld. You can’t tell your Dystopia from your Wastelands without a Battleboard!

Alas, you really are going to need to cozy up to the folks at your LCS to get your hands on one, as it’s a retailer promotion to help hype Secret Wars #1, which goes on sale May 6. It’s also got cover images from all of the tie-in titles that are launching in May and June.
Speaking of covers, Secret Wars #1 is coming at us with nine different variant covers, including ones by Amanda Conner, Jim Cheung, Butch Guice, Skottie Young and the ever popular no one (meaning a blank variant). Marvel says qualifying stores will also have goodies like lithographs on hand for this big launch.
By my reckoning, that gives you exactly two months to get in good with the store employees so you can take the Battleboard home with you at some point. So get to it, time’s a wasting!
