Rumor: Suicide Squad Villain Revealed!
Latino Review, which has been a pretty reliable source on big movie news, is claiming they have some tidbits on Suicide Squad that they will post over the next couple of days. The first relates to the main villain Suicide Squad will be facing, and it has nothing to do with The Joker.

Supposedly the main villain of Suicide Squad will be Antiphon, a burn victim with a prosthetic leg that leads a terrorist cell named Onslaught. Onslaught is hunting down both villains and superheroes, but for unknown purposes. Latino Review is also claiming Ed Harris was rumored for the role, but doesn’t say if he is in the running or not. I bet he’d be fantastic in the role.
And assuming this is true, it would probably also verify that Joker’s role in Suicide Squad is not a very big one. Of course we’ll have to at least wait until we start seeing trailers to see if any of this is true but again Latino Review is a pretty credible source so I’d say it’s a high possibility. Suicide Squad opens in theaters August 5th, 2016.
