By Nick Tylwalk
The teasers are over, and Marvel has fully unveiled its two offerings for Free Comic Book Day, which is coming up on us fast.

Leaked last night and confirmed today, the full lineup for All-New, All Different Avengers features stalwarts Captain America (though it’s Sam Wilson still with the shield), Thor (the current, female version), Iron Man (presumably Tony Stark, but who the heck knows at this point?) and Vision, joined by the younger brigade of Ms. marvel, Nova and the Miles Morales Spider-Man.
They’ll star in the All-New, All-Different Avengers FCBD issue in a story written by Mark Waid and illustrated by Mahmud Asrar. Sharing their book will be an Uncanny Inhumans tale by Charles Soule and Brandon Peterson, which hopefully will answer by Johnny Storm, a.k.a. the Human Torch, is on Medusa’s team. Also, they will have two members with flame-based powers, which seems like a bit of overkill in that department.
Marvel’s other Free Comic Book Day book is a bit more self-explanatory. Secret Wars #0 is the opening salvo for the company’s mega-event of 2015, one that begins in earnest just a few days later with the release of Secret Wars #1.
Two good reasons to hit your LCS on May 2, but let’s not kid ourselves: you were headed over there on Free Comic Book Day anyway. At least now you know exactly who you’ll be seeing when you pick up the free Marvel books.
