Being a hero isn’t just about fighting crime, it can also be about helping with charity from time to time. And this weekend, Batman helped Sean Doolittle of the Oakland A’s give a very special fan a very special present when the Oakland A’s played against the Chicago White Sox last night at the Oakland Coliseum.

Andrew has Spina Bifida and had surgery on his spinal cord last Monday. Variety Children’s Charity which is a non-profit organization dedicated to delivering services to children. Variety Children’s Charity teamed up with both Sean Doolittle & Batman to give Andrew a very special Batman-themed bike to help him with his therapy while he recovers from the surgery. No word on who was under the cowl (but odds are it was not Ben Affleck).
