See The Ant-Man World Premiere Red Carpet Live On June 29
By Nick Tylwalk
Sure, you’re probably not going to be invited to walk the red carpet at the world premiere of Ant-Man (unless your name is Paul Rudd, in which case, thanks for reading our site!). That’s just the way it goes. But it doesn’t mean you can’t join in the live festivities, virtually speaking.

Said Ant-Man world premiere is set for Monday night, June 29, sponsored by Marvel’s Contest of Champions. You can watch it live beginning at 9 pm Pacific, 6 pm Eastern in this very post thanks to that embedded video below.
The red carpet portion will be hosted by Tamara Krinsky and Lorraine Cink from Marvel.com, who are expected to greet the following cast and crew from the movie: Paul Rudd, Michael Douglas, Evangeline Lilly, Corey Stoll, Judy Greer, Michael Peña, David Dastmalchian, Tip “T.I.” Harris, Wood Harris, Abby Ryder Fortson, Gregg Turkington, Martin Donovan; Peyton Reed (director), Kevin Feige (producer), Stan Lee, Michael Grillo (executive producers), Russell Carpenter (cinematographer), Shepherd Frankel (production designer), Dan Lebental, Colby Parker (editors), Adam McKay (screenwriter). Phew!
Also expected to walk the red carpet are plenty of other names from throughout the Marvel Cinematic Universe, including James Gunn, Karen Gillan, Frank Grillo, Maximiliano Hernandez, Thomas Kretschmann, Chloe Bennet, Shaun Toub, Ty Simpkins, J. August Richards, Neal McDonough, Adrianne Palicki, Enver Gjokaj, Garry Brown, Tara Butters, Dave Callaham, Chris Dingess, Michele Fazekas, Drew Pearce, Eric Pearson, Doug Petrie, Marco Ramirez, Melissa Rosenberg, Jon Spaihts, Maurissa Tancharoen, Jed Whedon, Sara White, Nicole Perlman, Cheo Coker and Tim Heidecker. On second thought, you might want to check just to make sure your name isn’t in there somewhere.
Marvel says there will be an exclusive Ant-Man clip if you watch all the way to the end, and that you can tweet about the affair using #AntMan and #AntManPremiere. Got to get those hashtags correct, don’t you know.
Enjoy the world premiere fun, and remember that the rest of us will get to see Ant-Man when it makes its way to theaters on July 17.
