Ant-Man TV Spot Spoils An Avenger Appearance
By Steve Lam
Some may consider this a spoiler, some may not. Regardless, I’m going to err on the side of caution and call this a spoiler for people who want to go into Ant-Man knowing nothing. A new international trailer — from the language, it was most likely released in Latin America — gives audiences a brief glimpse of an Avenger who will be making an appearance in the movie.
This has certainly gotten fans excited and also received a lot of reactions, with some thinking that the constant barrage of TV Spots have shown way too much (see the complaints for showing the twist in Terminator: Genysis). There’s also a small number of people who think that Marvel Studios may be trolling fans, and that this brief glimpse is all misdirection. But I highly doubt Fiege and company are that mean. Check it out yourselves and let us know what you think.
