The Marvel Cinematic Universe’s relentless reporter is at it again with another Ant-Man viral video.  This time, WHIH World News’ Christine Everhart, played by Leslie Bibb, brings us a story focused on Scott Lang.  It seems that Lang went to prison for crime that was not self-serving.  Everhart’s profile shows our protagonist to be a sort of Robin Hood cowboy hacker going up against large corporation that likes to bilk its own customers.

It’s always good to set up your hero as flawed, but it’s even better when his reasonings are noble.  And that’s exactly what Marvel has presented to us of Scott Lang with their latest viral video push.

Set to release in the United States on July 17, 2015, Ant-Man will close out Phase Two of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

The film is being directed by Peyton Reed, written by Gabriel Ferrari, Andrew Barrer, and Adam McKay, and starring Paul Rudd as Scott Lang / Ant-Man, Evangeline Lilly as Hope Van Dyne, Corey Stoll as Darren Cross / Yellowjacket, Bobby Cannavale as Paxton, Michael Peña as Luis, Judy Greer as Maggie, Tip “T.I.” Harris as Dave, David Dastmalchian as Kurt, Wood Harris as Gale, Jordi Mollà as Castillo, and Michael Douglas as Dr. Hank Pym / Ant-Man.
