Stan Lee Weighs In On Batman v Superman

A lot of people have given their opinions on the whole Batman v Superman debate ranging from super spy Sterling Archer to campy horror icon Bruce Campbell. But what does a comics legend think? Stan Lee may be the grandfather of Marvel, but even he has a pretty clear opinion on who would win this epic battle, and it’s not a surprising one.

Stan Lee admits he feels a little conflicted about Batman v Superman as Bob Kane (one of the creators of Batman) was a friend and Jerry Siegel, The creator of Superman, worked for him for awhile, but it doesn’t stop him from giving an honest answer:

"The creator of Batman, Bob Kane, was a good friend of mine, so he’d be unhappy with me saying that. But at the same time, Jerry Siegel, one of the creators of Superman, worked for me for a while. So I feel I have divided loyalties.Superman, I think. He’s indestructible, he can do anything. And Batman relies on a few weapons…But if this were real–a fight between Superman and Batman–there’s no way that Batman could win."

Clearly, Batman better have some damn good tricks up his sleeve when Batman v Superman opens March 25th.
