Batman Teams With The Man from U.N.C.L.E.!

Hilariously, when I was wasting my time at the Hall H WB panel at SDCC, the Man From U.N.C.L.E. presentation featured current Superman Henry Cavill and almost-was Batman Armie Hammer. (Hammer was cast as Batman in George Miller’s unrealized Justice League Mortal)

Now, to follow the Batman/Green Hornet and Batman/Avengers (Steed and Peel) crossovers, it’s been announced that the Adam West era Batman ’66 will team up with…you guessed it: The Man From U.N.C.L.E.!  According to DC Comics co-publisher Dan Didio at their SDCC panel:

"Batman ’66’ is locked in a period of time, and who he meets is locked into that time period."

Here’s the latest in that awesome series of team-ups.

Now I’m really excited for the I Spy crossover, sans that horrible Bill Cosby.
