Doomsday NOT Villain in Batman v Superman??

After many, many months of speculation about just who the big bad in Batman v Superman we just got thrown a curve ball.

Most fanboys on the interwebs had settled into the idea that the villain was the very creature who killed Superman in the comics – Doomsday. I very much disliked this idea for many reasons, but it may be a moot point. Earlier today a 3D artist named Sean Ray of The Motion Picture Company posted this on his Instagram:

When fans saw this photo they began commenting and interacting with Ray about the film. Much to everyone’s surprise, he actually replied.
When asked about the villain’s assumed appearance he commented:

"ray_seanHahaha lol unfortunately he’s not in the film, maybe in the man of steel squel or justice league film who knows"

So we’re back to square one. But who could the villain (obviously created by Lex Luthor) be? Zack Snyder already told us it wouldn’t be Metallo, though that makes sense since that particular bad guy is powered by Kyroptonite. I’d say it’s far more likely that Luthor’s anti-Superman weapon is something like OMAC.

For those of you unfamiliar, this is OMAC from the DC Wiki.

With Bizarro not seeming all that likely (unless Zod becomes Bizarro) I think that’s the most likely scenario.
