Warner Bros. gives a fans a first look of Justice League Action with a highlight reel.

Warner Bros. Animation gave fans a first look at the upcoming highly anticipated Justice League Action, which will premiere on the Cartoon Network. Each episode will an 11-minute runtime and will mix both serious action and lighthearted humor.

I have to say that when this series was first announced, I had my doubts. However, after seeing this highlight reel, I can say that Warner Bros. / DC has struck the perfect balance of making a kid-friendly show that also satisfies some old school DC fans. I’ll be sure to check this out come fall of this year.

Justice League Action is set to premiere on the Cartoon Network sometime in the Fall of 2016. It will be produced by Jim Krieg, Butch Lukic, and Alan Burnett, executive produced by Sam Register, and will star the voice talents of Kevin Conroy as Bruce Wayne / Batman, Rachel Kimsey as Princess Diana / Wonder Woman, Jason J. Lewis as Clark Kent / Superman, Diedrich Bader as Michael Jon Carter / Booster Gold, P.J. Byrne as Firestorm, John DiMaggio as Darkseid and Lobo, Michael Dorn as Atrocitus, Mark Hamill as The Joker and Alec Holland / Swamp Thing, Josh Keaton as Hal Jordan / Green Lantern, Khary Payton as Victor Stone / Cyborg, Carl Reiner as William A. Zard / The Wizard, Armin Shimerman as Zilius Zox, Dana Snyder as Patrick O’Brian / Plastic Man, Brent Spiner as Edward Nygma / The Riddler, Joanne Spracklen as Kara Zor-El / Supergirl, and James Woods as Lex Luthor.
