Most DC fans hold a special place in their hearts for Batman: The Animated Series. The show not only redefined DC as an animation powerhouse, but it shed light on the sophistication of animated storytelling.
Funko honors this definitive incarnation of the Dark Knight with a slew of collectibles. The Dark Deco look-and-feel of the series is perfectly captured in Funko’s various collectibles. With two significant figures, the company really delivered some great value this month.
Not convinced yet? Due to the items being exclusive and unique to this offering, we’re going to do a theoretical breakdown in price using comparable items found on Amazon and Ebay:
- “Batman: The Animated Series” The Joker Patch: $4.00–$7.00
- “Batman: The Animated Series” Catwoman Pin: $4.00–$5.00
- “Batman: The Animated Series” T-Shirt: $10.00–$20.00
- “Batman: The Animated Series” Mr. Freeze Pop!: $24.99–$35.99
- “Batman: The Animated Series” Batman with Batmobile Dorbz Ridez: $32.00–$55.00
Using the lower-end of the pricing, all items add up to be $74.99. The Mr. Freeze Pop! figure seems to be highly sought after. It makes sense since Funko only developed the figure after seeing a high demand for it. Collectors may want to keep an eye on it because the price could dramatically rise past the high end of $55.00.

The box and various items really brought me back to the 1990s. In fact, the nostalgia engine was running high — I could hear the show’s intro as I was going though each item. It was definitely a tribute and a treat to unbox it.
