Ms. Marvel: 7 actresses who could play Kamala Khan

1. Geraldine Viswanathan 

If you haven’t seen the amazing comedy Blockers then you probably have no idea who Geraldine Viswanathan. This was Viswanathan’s first movie so she’d give Marvel a fresh face to work with.

Viswanathan is an Australian actress of middle eastern descent who stole every scene she was in as Kalya. She was outrageous as the Tom Boy of the group who takes control of every situation and really inserts herself.  Her strong characteristics and rebellious nature of her character is one that makes it easy for us to see her as Ms. Marvel.

Obviously it’s difficult to predict who will be cast as Kamala Khan. One thing’s for sure, fans would want a middle eastern actress in the role. There are so many talented actresses both known and unknown, that could end up with role, and just gave them a pretty good shortlist. There’s no word on when we’ll see Ms. Marvel but Captain Marvel will fly into theaters March 6, 2019.
