Big brother Chris Hemsworth has already cemented himself as the almighty Thor in the minds of comic book movie goers. Imagine if Liam Hemsworth was allowed to be the DCEU’s Batman. What’s not to like about the idea? He’s 6’3” and looks the part of a hero. In Hunger Games as Gale Hawthorne, we got to see him play a heroic role. And we have no doubt he’d pull off the rich billionaire playboy persona.

Hemsworth is still looking for that breakout role, and there may be none better than Batman. This version of Batman would be one that is true to the youthfulness Matt Reeves is looking to depict.

We could see a version of Batman struggling with heroism like in Batman: Earth One. A story where Batman isn’t the elite detective but a man with a purpose. It doesn’t exactly scream film noir but there’s some detective work. Also, Alfred isn’t the typical butler we’ve seen in movies past. Instead, he’s a well trained former agent who serves as Bruce’s trainer and mentor.

Bruce wins his battles with anger, fearlessness, skill, and brute strength. It’s something we’ve seen adapted in the TV series Gotham. It’ll be great to see it depicted on the big screen.
