Wonder Woman – Jessica Biel

Maybe the unknown Gal Gadot would have been considered for the role before playing in Fast and Furious 2009. We doubt it, but we don’t doubt Jessica Biel being considered for the role. So, in our pretend DCEU it’s Biel who plays the leader for the Amazons.

This was in part due to George Miller’s interest in the Sinner actress. But also, because Biel was a hit actress at the time. During the early-to-mid 2000s, Biel was everywhere. From 2009 until 2013 Biel starred in a feature film; Planet 51, Valentines Day, The A-Team, New Year’s Eve, and Total Recall, to name a few. Warner Bros. proved by casting Will Smith and Ben Affleck that they don’t mind going for a big name — Biel was that.

Aquaman – Armie Hammer

Armie Hammer’s name has floated around Warner Bros and their DC properties for years. In fact, he was cast as George Miller’s Batman in the infamous unmade Justice League movie. Since WB has a Hammer obsession we imagine him as Aquaman. During the Geoff Johns New 52 comic run, Aquaman enjoyed a rejuvenation of sorts. No longer was he the laughing stalk of the Justice League, instead, he was of use outside of the water. He was cool hero fans could get behind. Hammer would have been perfect for the role in our what if scenario.
