Tati Gabrielle as Storm

Despite amazing performances by Halle Berry and Alexandra Shipp, Storm’s character feels incomplete.  We aren’t talking about including the terrible Black Panther romance, either.

The African-born Ororo Munroe is part of a royal bloodline. In every generation, a person is born with white hair and blue eyes. Their power is inherited, usually from mother to daughter.

South of an Omega Level mutant, Storm is one of the strongest mutants in Marvel Comics. Storm offers a history worthy of a miniseries. Disney Plus, we’re looking at you. Besides her independent history, Storm is one of the more pivotal members of the X-Men.

One of the best comic book arcs saw her become the leader of the Morlocks after she defeated Callisto. Fox’s animated series did a great job playing out the epic battle. With Disney likely recasting, Tati Gabrielle is the perfect actress to take on the role.

Of course, she’s unknown, much like Shipp was before taking the role. Her The 100, character Gaia is similar to Storm in her nurturing ways, strength and ability to lead. And on Netflix’s Chilling Adventures Of Sabrina she’s the complete opposite.

As Prudence, she’s nasty, mean, daring, sensual but still displays courage and tenacity. She looks the part and has the potential to nail the role in Disney’s MCU. We would like to see Storm in a miniseries where Forge is introduced.
