Bryan Cranston as Mister Sinister

Nathaniel Essex aka Mister Sinister, leads a group of mutants known as The Marauders. With Gambit at the helm he sends the group into New York to murder the underground mutants, the Morlocks. The tragic arc is known as the Mutant Massacre in the pages of Marvel Comics.

When it’s all said and done, the Mutant Massacre is an arc that the fans deserve — Feige should give it to us. Sinister is the mastermind that follows Apocalypse with hatred for the Summers family and the X-Men.

When the day comes that the Stan Lee biopic gets the green light, Bryan Cranston should be the one to get the call. But before that happens, Kevin Feige and Disney should do what needs to be done by casting Cranston as Mister Sinister.

Moreover, he’s had an impact on the X-Men Universe like few others. Cranston is well aware of this, which is why he’s talked about the possibility of playing Sinister.

"“I want to play an antagonist a fraction smarter than the protagonist, never dumbed down to give the hero an easy win… Mister Sinister was the character I was thinking about. I guess it’s a selfish standpoint. I don’t want to do a character that has been done several times before”"

We’ve seen Cranston play several roles. Whether it’s the desperate father turned drug dealer in Breaking Bad. Or the big bad in the Total Recall remake. There’s no limit to what Cranston can do.
