Could Adam Strange himself have hinted at Krypton season 3?
It’s the show that surprised everyone, Syfy series Krypton has aired an incredible second season. So did star Adam Strange himself just tease season 3?
You don’t need to be a Superman buff to watch the series Krypton. The show asks what would happen if Superman didn’t exist. Well, we’re onto the second season, and actor Shaun Sipos, who plays Earthling (thanks, Kem) Adam Strange, might have let slip that season 3 is coming without it being officially confirmed.
The actor tweeted:
Now, this could mean season 3 has been confirmed, and Syfy is keeping the news under wraps until the season 2 finale airs in a couple of weeks. Or it’s not, and Sipos is trying to get people to tune in so we get another season. We hope we get more of Seg (and Adam)’s adventures. Syfy would be crazy to end the series given how popular the show is with fans. It’s also one of five shows on the network that is scripted. Other shows that follow the scripted format include: Killjoys, The Magicians, Van Helsing, and Wynonna Earp.

Ratings for the show have dropped since season 1’s premiere in early 2018, though DVR ratings and online streaming of season 1 on DC Universe and season 2’s already aired episodes on Syfy’s website count towards ratings. The first three episodes of the second season have achieved moderate overall ratings between 0.93 and 1.02 million views.
At the beginning of the season, it was announced that producer Cameron Welsh was working on a Lobo spin-off series starring Emmett J. Scanlan, who plays the bounty hunter on Krypton! If you’re a fan, please tune in! We want to see where Seg and Adam’s adventures go next!
Hopefully, the streaming and the remaining episodes can pull enough ratings for a renewal. It would be a massive shame to lose a show with potential. So make your voices heard, fans!
