Warner Bros. has released the official poster for Birds of Prey (And the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn), featuring the movie’s main cast including Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn.

After many months of filming and post-production nearly complete, Warner Bros. has kicked off the marketing campaign for Birds of Prey (And the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn) with an official movie poster.

The poster naturally features the movie’s main star, Margot Robbie, in the center, who reprises her role as Harley Quinn. What is most notable about the poster is the official look at the other cast members of the film.

Check out the poster below:

The poster shows winged versions of the other actors in the movie floating around Quinn’s head. The actors shown are Mary Elizabeth Winstead as Helena Bertinelli/Huntress, Jurnee Smollett-Bell as Dinah Lance/Black Canary, Rosie Perez as Renee Montoya, Ella Jay Basco as Cassandra Cain, Ewan McGregor as Black Mask and Chris Messina as Victor Zsasz.

More from DCEU

The poster also uses a nice blend of colors, continuing a trend that recent DCEU movies have turned to after the dark tone that movies like Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice went for. All the characters have distinct looks, especially McGregor’s Black Mask character who dons an all-white look contrasting the looks of Quinn and her friends.

The release of an official poster likely means that a teaser trailer will be released sometime soon, if not by the end of the week. A teaser was shown exclusively in theaters before the showing of It: Chapter Two.

A full synopsis has not been released yet, but early reports have said the movie will center on Harley Quinn, Black Canary and Huntress working together to protect a young Cain, who comes into possession of a diamond that belongs to Gotham kingpin Black Mask.

Birds of Prey will be directed by Cathy Yan and will hit theaters on Feb. 7, 2020.
