Matching 30 Marvel Cinematic Universe characters with each NBA team

Philadelphia 76ers
The phrase was, “Trust the process.” The Philadelphia 76ers had one of the worst records in NBA history, winning only 10 out of 82 games. The next season didn’t go well either. Yet General Manager Sam Hinkie kept saying, “Trust the process.”
During those bad seasons, they drafted Joel Embiid and Ben Simmons. Sam Hinkie is gone and the two players he drafted are believed to be two of the best players in the league. People should have trusted the process because the 76ers are hungry.
The current 76ers team hasn’t made it far into the playoffs, but the talent is there. The addition of Al Horford is going to be huge for them in the playoffs. Horford can defend three positions, run the offense, shoot the three at a high percentage, and give Joel Embiid a breather when needed. Ben Simmons is a triple double waiting to happen. He may not be able to hit the three, however, neither could Jason Kidd when he first started. Joel Embiid is a monster. He can shoot, defend, score in the paint, and he has an amazing personality with passion to play the game.
It’s been over 30 years since the great Dr. J brought an NBA title to Philly. The way the 76ers continue to improve, it may not be long before it happens again.
Black Panther
Marvel Studios brought Black Panther into the MCU and the reception was bigger than anyone could have expected. He wasn’t as well-known as Iron Man, Thor, or Captain America. In this case, Marvel trusted their process.
When he made his first appearance in Captain America: Civil War, he stole the hearts of the fans. He was faster than some cars, took on Captain America and the Avengers with confidence, and solved the crime of who was really responsible for the attack that killed his father. In Black Panther, he was good. However, he was overshadowed by the other characters like Okoye, Shuri, and Killmonger. Again, trust the Process. Black Panther will be a big part of Marvel Studio’s future.
