Schwartz mentioned the writers’ room on She-Hulk has ended. Now, as Digital Spy points out, just because the writers’ room has ended, that doesn’t necessarily mean the teleplays for each episode have been finalized, although any subsequent changes will be overseen by its showrunner, Jessica Gao.
It was revealed in late January that shooting of She-Hulk will begin July, but due to the current novel coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19), there could be delays.

Marvel Studios have not yet found their leading lady. There are very few details on She-Hulk, only that the origins of the titular character will be more accurate to the comics and rumor has it that even Mark Ruffalo has signed on for the series.
Casting has already begun, but the She-Hulk limited series will not drop until at some point in 2022 along with future series such as Hawkeye, Ms. Marvel and Moon Knight.
Other series set to drop on Disney Plus much sooner are The Falcon and the Winter Solider and WandaVision this year in August and December respectively, but the former series may also be delayed.
Expect announcements of casting on She-Hulk soon.
