Get ready for an ‘intense and insane’ season 2 of The Boys.
While there are no updates on what’s in store for fans in The Boys season 3, the cast revealed some details about the second season. During the SDCC panel, fans were given a glimpse of the ‘intense and insane’ shenanigans awaiting in season 2.
The scene that played out showed a swarm of whales chasing after a boat that had Butcher (Karl Urban), Hughie (Jack Quaid) and the other characters on the run. The whales were being led by Deep (Chase Crawford), but he didn’t win that battle. One thing’s for sure, there’s plenty of blood and gore in the second season.
The cast also revealed that Starlight (Erin Moriarty) will be working with Butcher and she and Hughie are still navigating their clandestine relationship. Starlight is much more hardened after the events of the first season.
