2. Jane Foster

Jane Foster was Thor for a few years. While she was the God of Thunder, she was an Avenger and a good one. Since losing those abilities, she’s become Valkyrie. She may have downgraded in power, but she’s still just as dangerous.

In Avengers No. 50, Jane shows up at Avengers headquarters right when they need new teammates. This is usually how the best Avengers teams are put together. The first time she was an Avenger, there was no Captain America. And while she was still officially an Avenger before, there’s something different about being on the team with Steve Rogers.

1. Thanos

The Mad Titan is never down and out. Even after dying and returning with parts of him missing, he’s still dangerous. Last year, Thanos became Prime Eternal. With the Avengers-level threat in charge of some of the most powerful beings in the universe, he’s become the biggest and toughest dog in any fight.

Whatever Thanos does next will affect the entire universe. We know that most of the Eternals aren’t going to blindly follow the Mad Titan’s orders. However, people forget that Thanos is a master strategist and a more than capable scientist. He’ll likely come up with a plan or device that will force them to do what he wants. After that happens, it’s only a matter of time before he heads to Earth.

There’s also the prophecy that Thor saw in Thor No. 6. The Odinson was shown a future where he’s surrounded by zombie heroes and Thanos is holding Mjolnir with the Infinity Stones in it. And it looks like he’s controlling the heroes. After seeing what’s happening with Thor currently, this prophecy may come true.
