Dave Bautista as Dr. Hugo Strange

As a master criminal, psychiatrist, and scientist, Dr. Hugo Strange is one of Batman’s most formidable foes in the DC Universe. Created in 1940 by Bob Kane and Bill Finger, Strange first appeared in the comic book Detective Comics #36 and quickly established himself as one of the Dark Knight’s most dangerous adversaries.

What sets Strange apart from other villains is his unique combination of intelligence, cunning, and psychological manipulation. He’s not your typical brute-force type of villain but instead, he uses his intellect and cunning to get what he wants — talk about a challenging role. Dave Bautista can do it.

Bautista’s past roles have shown that he’s more than capable of playing complex characters with depth and nuance. With his commanding presence and ability to convey a sense of danger, he would be the perfect choice to bring Dr. Hugo Strange to life on the big screen.

Dr. Hugo Strange would certainly fit that bill. He’s a character that would require an actor who can convey a wide range of emotions, from calm and collected to dangerous and unhinged. Bautista’s physicality and intense gaze would be perfectly suited for the role.
