Fantastic Four: Driver, Robbie, and Mescal stun in jaw-dropping “first look” poster

There’s no doubt that Fantastic Four is one of the biggest movies in the Marvel Cinematic Universe in the works right now. The movie was rumored for a few years, and now, it’s release date is on the calendar for Feb. 14, 2025, after getting pushed back from November 2024.

Even though we know the scheduled release date, we still don’t know who will be in Fantastic Four, and that’s where the fun is happening right now. There are so many rumors about who Marvel has tapped as Reed Richards/Mr. Fantastic, Sue Storm/Invisible Woman, Johnny Storm/Human Torch, and Ben Grimm/The Thing.

The latest is that Adam Driver, Margot Robbie, and Paul Mescal are in line to star in Fantastic Four, and they’re featured in a new fan poster from Agt Design.

What Adam Driver, Margot Robbie, and Paul Mescal could look like in Fantastic Four

Of the three, I’m pulling for Robbie to be Sue Storm. That’s a slam dunk casting, in my opinion, and I also think Mescal would be incredible as Johnny Storm.

The one I have some hesitation about is Driver as Reed Richards, but I’m starting to warm up to the idea. Driver is a terrific actor, but is he right for the role? We’ll just have to wait and see how it plays out.

Have Adam Driver, Margot Robbie, and Paul Mescal been cast in Fantastic Four?

So far, Marvel has not confirmed Driver, Robbie, or Mescal in these roles for Fantastic Four. In fact, they haven’t officially named anyone in the cast yet, but with all the hype around this movie and how quickly it’s coming up (we’re less than two years away!), we have to imagine cast updates announcements are coming soon.

We can look to the rumor mill to see what the latest is, though, and it’s been HOT.

There have been so many rumors about Driver as Reed Richards that it’s hard to imagine that isn’t at least being talked about. We’ve also seen John Krasinski in the role in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, along with the rumors Krasinski playing the character in the upcoming film.

As for Margot Robbie and Paul Mescal, things are a little bit less clear. Robbie has been rumored for the role of Sue Storm for a long time, but she has not been confirmed. Emily Blunt has also been rumored to be in the running for the role.

Mescal is a little bit newer on the scene for Johnny Storm, but the latest is that he might be out after locking down roles in other movies, including Hamnet and the Gladiator sequel. Zach Efron is also rumored to be in the running.

We know Fantastic Four is going to be one of the best MCU movies when it’s released. We have high hopes for this one!
