All 13 Star Wars shows ranked from worst to best
13. The Book of Boba Fett
Remember Boba Fett? You know, the guy who had a blink-and-you-miss-it role but somehow became every single little boy’s (and some little girl’s) favorite Star Wars character? Well, he landed his own spotlight showcase with The Book of Boba Fett. While you’d think it’d be all about how he survived the Sarlacc pit and continued to become a badass, we got a dive into memory lane with flashbacks (yes, the Sarlacc pit escape was one of those, but still) and a handful of subplots starring… not Boba.
This, along with a few other shows, could’ve been an e-mail. Or a movie, at least.
When the show did focus on our titular hero, it did have some good moments. Thanks to Temuera Morrison, Boba felt real and gritty. The epic showdown with Boba on a Rancor taking on a colossal robot, giving those giant monster movies a run for their money was also pretty rad as well. And let’s not forget how the show came to life when The Mandalorian showed up in a surprise appearance (the fact that it’s the season’s best episode, however, is kind of bittersweet).
Unsure about diving into the full series? Eh. I won’t be one to tell you to watch it. Maybe just catch the highlights.
