Daredevil: Born Again season 2 episode 6 release time (by time zone), preview, and more

The next episode of Daredevil: Born Again season 2 will see Wilson Fisk at his most unhinged. Thankfully, it looks like the Man Without Fear is getting some backup.

In the previous episode of Daredevil: Born Again season 2, Matt Murdock dragged Bullseye across the city to keep him safe from Mayor Wilson Fisk’s Anti-Vigilante Task Force. Despite his hatred for him, Daredevil knows that Fisk’s guys will capture and torture him. Does he deserve what is coming to him courtesy of Fisk? Possibly, but that’s not how things are supposed to be done. Matt likely believes that Bullseye should be prosecuted by a court of law. Sadly, what he wants doesn’t matter.

Vanessa Fisk was attacked by Bullseye at the end of the fourth episode of the season and she died at the end of the fifth episode. Now that she’s gone, Fisk’s actions will become more violent and irrational. Yes, that’s possible: The Kingpin loved Vanessa more than anything in the world. That led him to be more calculated because his actions affected her. Now that she’s gone, his rage will be directed at anyone with powers and the people who support and protect them. This will ultimately lead people to the arrival - or should we say return - of a much-missed Marvel character.

What to expect in Daredevil: Born Again season 2 episode 6

This is not a drill! As you can see from the video above, Krysten Ritter is finally returning as Jessica Jones. We knew that she would be back in the Marvel Cinematic Universe at some point in Daredevil: Born Again's second season, it wasn't clear which episode(s) it might take place in. Now we do - and it was right on time because Daredevil will need all of the help he can get.

If you have powers or refuse to bend the knee, the MCU's New York City is about to become one of the most dangerous places in the country. That’s proven by the fact that Jessica Jones’ house is raided while she was home with her daughter - something that the midseason Daredevil trailer previewed. If I had to guess, Jessica may be out of the vigilante game, but that doesn't matter to Fisk or the AVTF. She has powers, and that makes her a threat.

People are about to find out (or be reminded) that you never mess with the people Jessica Jones loves. If this is like the Marvel Comics , maybe we’ll see Luke Cage as well. We know the two's history is connected in the source material - and in the Marvel Netflix shows - so we could be in for a big reunion in the not-too-distant future. Either way, we're ready for Jessica's return!
