It took a little over three years for the Man Without Fear to make his Marvel Cinematic Universe debut after the death of his Netflix solo series, with fans even thinking such a day would never come. However, it only took a little over one year for Matt Murdock to become the star of two different seasons of television, courtesy of Daredevil: Born Again. Marvel has made sure that the devil is working 24/7 nowadays, battling no shortage of horrors in Hell's Kitchen, and in just a week, we'll see what he has been up to since his last appearance.
Daredevil: Born Again season 2 is just around the corner, and yet many questions remained about its release strategy just a few days ago. There was even a point when it seemed highly likely that all eight episodes would be dropped at once. However, Disney has finally revealed what to expect when it comes to the show's premiere, and Marvel fans have plenty to be excited about.

Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 will reportedly have a double episode premiere
Matt Murdock finally earned the iconic DD logo on his chest, and it stands for a Double-Drop (I'll see myself out). According to What's On Disney Plus, we'll get to witness a two-episode premiere for Daredevil: Born Again season 2 on March 24. This release strategy is identical to the one used for Season 1, given that its first two episodes were dropped on the same day, too, and there might be a good reason for this.
Based on early previews for Daredevil: Born Again season 2, it seems fans are in for an action-packed adventure that will top its predecessor in every way. Action sequences appear to be a particular highlight, while everyone seems to agree that Karen Page and Bullseye will steal the show after having reduced roles in Season 1. But while everyone is raving about the MCU's upcoming release, there is one specific aspect that has gathered a bit of criticism: the first two episodes are more slowly paced in comparison to the rest. That could explain why the two are releasing at once.
Daredevil: Born Again season 1 faced a similar scenario. While episode 1's opening sequence was relentless and exhilarating, the pace quickly dropped after Foggy's death. Audiences then spent some time catching up on what Matt Murdock and Wilson Fisk were up to since we last saw them. So it wouldn't be too far-fetched to assume we're about to face a similar scenario yet again. After all, season 1 culminated with Matt and Karen Page going undercover. So, it seems the first two episodes will get us caught up on what they have been doing since.
The runtimes of every Daredevil: Born Again season 2 episode have been revealed, with episode 1 clocking in at 51 minutes and episode 2 having a duration of 46 minutes. In total, Daredevil fans are about to enjoy a premiere of an hour and 37 minutes. The very best part? It won't be long before we finally get to experience it for ourselves.
Daredevil: Born Again season 2 will be released on March 24, 2026, on Disney+.
