There hasn’t been a lot of buzz around Ironheart, but that will change once the first few episodes are released. Dominique Thorne (who’s playing Riri Williams / Ironheart) and Anthony Ramos (The Hood / Parker Robbins) are established actors with incredible performances on their résumés. There is a really good chance that this show will succeed when people see it - in fact, the early reactions are looking mighty positive already. Plus, the way Ironheart is being released will help people get into it.
Breaking this series up into two three-parter releases is a good idea. There hasn’t been a lot of coverage or buzz for Ironheart, so two weeks of episodes could work better than extending it. Viewers will be more inclined to watch three episodes in two weeks than keeping up with it via one episode a week over a month and a half. If this experiment works, the Disney Plus show could very well earn itself a renewal (Marvel is keeping its options open when it comes to the fate of Ironheart and Wonder Man in spite of both being designed as miniseries).
If you'd like to check out the first three episodes, here's when you can expect them.

What to expect in from Ironheart
The first episode of Ironheart should establish Riri Williams’ character. Black Panther: Wakanda Forever showed that she was a genius, but explained very little about her past. The season premiere should get into the tragedy surrounding her parents and best friend, and how she ended up at M.I.T. at a young age.
The second episode will hopefully see Riri and Parker figuring out their working relationship. He'll make his pitch on why she should join his crew, she'll say no, and, later, they'll start working together. It’s a classic trope and the perfect break after learning what’s going on with Riri. Then, things should switch to the antagonist of Ironheart, Parker Robbins.

Following the pattern of superhero shows, one of the episodes will undoubtedly offer up the backstory of Parker Robbins. Among the things you’ll learn is how he became a criminal and where the hood comes from. In Marvel Comics, the hoodie is a magical instrument given to him by Dormammu. Whether or not that happens here remains to be seen. That being said, the Mephisto rumors have already started.
I'll be honest. Just like everyone else, I'll be looking for Mephisto in everything. That's not to say that Mephisto didn’t give Parker the hoodie, but let's not be Charlie Day in It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia. Nevertheless, stay tuned to Bam Smack Pow for all Marvel Studios (and Mephisto) news and rumors.
