In the previous episode of VisionQuest, Jocasta showed Ultron her plans to fix humanity. She found a way to, as Ultron said, "put strings on them", ensuring that they will be able to control them and have people acting the way that she wants. Considering that Ultron knows what it’s like to be controlled, he may take offense to that.
Viewers may have missed one of the most important parts of those specific episodes of VisionQuest, however. When the Client who hired Paladin speaks through a computer, the Watcher appears in the background. That means whatever happened in this scene is so major that Uatu had to show up in person to witness it. Hopefully, more will be explained in the penultimate episode of the Marvel Cinematic Universe series.

What to expect in VisionQuest episode 7
The previous episode of VisionQuest was an acting masterclass. T'Nia Miller (Jocasta) and James Spader (Ultron) showed what love, lust, and infatuation can look like - even for robots. What’s even better is it was done without things getting too steamy. It was beautiful, but there’s no way one of them doesn’t betray the other.
Both Jocasta and Ultron have their own agendas, and no amount of flirting and AI kissing will get in their way. In the upcoming episode, viewers will see exactly what that means when one of them quite possibly turns on the other.
It’s the penultimate episode of VisionQuest, and what would that be without a little betrayal? That being said, you won't see betrayal on the side of the heroes, as Vision is growing closer to his son, Tommy Maximoff, than ever before. Despite the fact that he can't fully feel human emotions like his former self, the boy is growing on him and that will undoubtedly set the stage for an emotional pair of episodes as the show heads towards its finale.
