7 underrated Marvel movies that deserve more recognition

I love Ant-man! I don't understand how Ant-Man isn't a more beloved MCU movie. I think it comes down to the stakes. Ant-Man isn't a "save the world" Marvel movie. Yes, there are ramifications for the fate of the world, but it's not like if Scott Lang and the gang don't stop Darren Cross, also known as Yellowjacket, they're all doomed.
In the movie, we're introduced to Scott Lang, played by Paul Rudd. Scott is a charismatic and seemingly good person, but he's serving three years in prison. When he's out, Scott tries to put his life back together, but he's sucked into the world of SHIELD and superheroes when he's approached by Hank Pym and tasked with donning a suit that makes him smaller or bigger. With the help of old friends, Scott tries to steal the Yellowjacket tech from Darren Cross.
Ant-Man is also basically a heist movie, and I love heist movies and shows. We need more super heists, for sure. Paul Rudd is the perfect Scott Lang and Ant-Man. Marvel couldn't have picked a better star to lead this franchise, which resulted in three movies and crucial roles in the most important MCU movies to date, including Avengers: Endgame.
Ant-Man is great, and I wish more people appreciated how good this movie is.
