CinemaCon 2026 is officially here! The biggest movie convention of the year gets started on Monday, April 13, in Las Vegas, and everyone has their eyes on a major presentation on opening night.

Sony Pictures Entertainment kicks off CinemaCon with a presentation of its upcoming lineup at 6:30 p.m. PT from the Dolby Colosseum. The presentation is scheduled to run through 8:30 p.m. PT.

Sony Pictures has an incredible slate of new movies coming in 2026 and beyond. Of course, Spider-Man: Brand New Day is at the top of that list. Accordingly, Spider-Man fans around the globe will be tuning in on social media for any news, teasers, sneak peeks, and clips about the new movie starring Tom Holland.

Unfortunately, depending on where you live, this presentation is not at a great time for many fans. Those in the UK and the rest of Europe will have news breaking very early in the morning.

Unfortunately, because CinemaCon is not recorded or streamed, the only way to get updates is through journalists, content creators, and attendees who attend the presentations and share news and notes about what is revealed.

There's a chance that Sony could start to share some teasers and trailers on social media, as well. I know I'm not alone in hoping that we get another look at Spider-Man: Brand New Day tonight! I do think there's a chance that it could happen. We're only a few months away from the premiere on July 31, 2026. We've only seen one trailer so far, but that was last month.

In addition to Spider-Man: Brand New Day, we could also get some information about Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse, which is slated to premiere in theaters on June 18, 2027. That's more of a longshot than Brand New Day, but it's still possible.

More likely, we'll see Sony's presentation focus on the 2026 titles, which include Brand New Day, Evil Dead Burn, Resident Evil, The Social Reckoning, the new Jumanji movie, and potentially The Legend of Zelda.

We could also see Sony Pictures announce new movies in the works or reveal premiere dates for other movies they have in the mix, as well.

We'll share as many updates from Sony's presentation at CinemaCon as we can! Stay tuned for more information.
