We previously reported that next year there will be an animated film based on the 1960s Batman TV show that will feature voice acting by stars Adam West & Burt Ward in their respective roles as Batman & Robin. Now website 13th Dimension is claiming the Julie Newmar, original actress that played Catwoman in the series will be providing her voice as well.

Apparently Julie Newmar, who played Catwoman in the first two seasons of the 1960s Batman TV show, will also be reprising her role as Catwoman in the upcoming animated film. This is unconfirmed, but no reason it shouldn’t happen. This does lead one to wonder if they’ll get anymore of the remaining original cast, though admittedly there aren’t many of them left. It would make sense to get Yvonne Craig as Batgirl, but that’s probably the only other person I could think of.
