Suicide Squad: Who Is Ike Barinholtz Playing?
So, we finally (probably) know who Jim Parrack is playing in Suicide Squad, but that’s not all the mysteries of Suicide Squad. What about Ike Barinholtz? He’s in a Suicide Squad, but nobody knows who he is yet. Barinholtz recently teased a brief hint about his role.

"I can tell you my character in that movie is someone you would not want at your house for dinner. He’s a very troubled human being."
So is he a member of the Suicide Squad or an enemy of the Squad? We may not know til the movie comes out. There is a rumor that he could be Hugo Strange, but much like the oft rumored Deathstroke, there’s no indication that Hugo Strange is even the Suicide Squad movie.
Barinholtz also promised that there will be some humor in the Suicide Squad film:
"The trailer is very serious, but [director] David Ayer is a psychopath. As as much as he loves the dark and exploring the disturbed side of society, it’s not like you’re telling jokes, but if you can just kind of in the moment try to play things a little honestly and react to these giant, huge superhero things that are happening, funny stuff can kind of happen and there can be laughs from it… Will Smith is a very funny guy, Jai Courtney is actually a very funny guy, Margot Robbie is actually funny, so I think there is going to be some moments in that that actually make people laugh."
Can’t wait to see some of that humor and who Barinholtz is playing when Suicide Squad opens in theaters August 5th, 2016.
