Goku visited Frieza in Hell in an attempt to recruit him. He managed to successfully recruit the villain, but under the conditions that Goku must resurrect Frieza with the Dragon Balls. Goku also visited Fortune-teller Baba, to ask her to revive Frieza for 24 hours—like she did with Goku and Vegeta.
But a question still remains: what will happen when Frieza is resurrected for 24 hours? We learned from Episode 94’s synopsis that the villain and Universe 7 will have a lot to deal with.
The synopsis notes that Universe 9 has an issue with Frieza’s return. With only an hour and a half left, Universe 9 will try to eliminate Frieza before the tournament begins. The episode preview shows glimpses of what’s to come:

What we see from the episode preview is Quitela (Universe 4’s God of Destruction) speaking with Sidra (Universe 9’s God of Destructions). If we remember from the previous episode, Quitela sent a spy to watch over Universe 7. When he found out about Frieza’s return, he mentioned he had a perfect plan. It appears the plan involves Universe 9.
We can also see that Frieza’s return has also caused issues among Universe 7. Frieza has caused havoc over the years, so you can understand why Universe 7 members won’t trust him. The most recent incident was the “Golden Frieza” saga, where Frieza returned to try to eliminate Goku and Vegeta. It’ll be intriguing to see how Frieza handles this backlash.
