4. Cisco

Cisco Ramon was arguably the funniest character on The Flash until Ralph came along. One can argue, the comedic relief of Ralph provides the writers with the freedom to write Cisco off in order to balance the cast. However, there’s more evidence that points to Cisco’s death than comedic balance. For a while, Flash fans have prepared for actor Carlos Valdes’ exit. In fact, there were rumors that Valdes would leave the TheFlash following season five:

"“[Season 5 of The Flash] is setting his [Carlos] departure up and his consistent absences in his episodes, in my opinion at least, is the show getting us used to Cisco not being there with the team.”"

Luckily for fans of Cisco, he didn’t leave the show but he’s been seen less often thus far in Season 6. This season, Barry and Cisco had a small beef after the latter found out about Flash’s post-Crisis fate. This led Cisco to think about how he could save Barry. In episode four of season six, Cisco was willing to let someone die if it meant saving his best friend.

Cisco understands what The Flash means to the world. With Valdes likely to eventually depart from the series, it’s not unfathomable to think he could get a heroic death during the Crisis on Infinite Earths. We all love Cisco, but if he’s not sticking around for the long run  why not have him go out with a bang?
