It isn't long until Marvel Television's Daredevil: Born Again season 2 explodes back onto screens. The Disney Plus series was one of 2025's biggest success stories, successfully bringing the Man Without Fear - and all of the heroes and villains from his world - back to the small screen. Yes, it was the revival of the Netflix show that fans had been waiting for, and it wasted little time in making its own impression on that lore.
Marvel is betting big on the show, with a third season already in development before the second even begins airing. Now, ahead of the launch of the new season, the studio has made another major announcement - one that already has fans losing their minds.
Marvel launches the Daredevil: Born Again podcast ahead of season 2
Marvel Studios has officially announced the Daredevil: Born Again Official Podcast: A nine-episode podcast series designed to give fans a behind-the-scenes look at the second season of the Disney Plus series as it releases weekly.
The first episode will be released on Tuesday, March 17, at 6:00 p.m. PT. and will feature a retrospective of the first season of Daredevil: Born Again, recapping the events of it and setting the stage for the second. It will feature Marvel Studios Head of Streaming, Animation, and Television Brad Winderbaum, along with showrunner Dario Scardapane, executive producer Sana Amanat, and actor Wilson Bethel (who plays Bullseye on the series).
Future episodes of the vodcast will feature Charlie Cox, Vincent D'Onofrio, Deborah Ann Woll, Nikki M. James, Tony Dalton, and more, as the cast and crew take fans behind the curtain and discuss some of the show's biggest storylines, scenes, and more - all while sharing some unique insights and cool Easter Eggs for fans to enjoy.
Needless to say, there will be a lot of excitement for this - particularly as it will feature much of the cast from the original Netflix series. Cox, D'Onofrio, Woll, and Bethel have all been very upfront about how Born Again's greatest strengths come to the forefront when it takes its cues from the Netflix show - and all of them have promised that season 2 will be much more in-line with the show than the first season was.
Given that Cox and D'Onofrio in particular were very vocal about their struggles with the original incarnation of the revival, praising Marvel's decision to reboot the project as a sequel to the Netflix show instead, it will be awesome to see them lock in and discuss season 2 with how close in spirit its expected to be to that show.

The teasers and TV spots unveiled for Daredevil: Born Again season 2 have thus far confirmed the theories that it will more closely resemble the original show, with more focus on the Netflix characters, more action, more red and purple hues, and of course Jessica Jones' return ensuring we're all in for a thoroughly entertaining, faithful season of television.
The Daredevil: Born Again Official Podcast is set to be made available on Disney Plus and YouTube, while the audio-only version will be available on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or anywhere you get your podcasts. We are so ready for it!
