It's safe to say that VisionQuest has hit the ground running. The Marvel Studios series was one of the most highly-anticipated offerings of the year and it very quickly exceeded those high expectations. We shouldn't be surprised considering that it's the successor to both WandaVision and Agatha All Along but considering that the Marvel Cinematic Universe's Multiverse Saga has been somewhat hit and miss, it's a pleasant surprise nonetheless. And it's safe to say that the ground-breaking trilogy will be ending on a high.

The first two episodes reintroduced the White Vision, who was attempting to get back in touch with the emotions that the original Vision was renowned for. In his attempts, he reconnected with various AIs from the MCU's past, as well as his old archenemy Ultron - all of whom had taken up residence in his mind - before crossing paths with one of his sons Tommy Maximoff. And that set the stage for the two to get to know each other across the subsequent two episodes.

That brings us to the next ones. if you have finished VisionQuest episodes 3 and 4, here is when you can expect the next two installments.

VisionQuest episodes 5 and 6 release one day earlier than initially announced

VisionQuest episodes 5 and 6 will stream on Disney Plus next Tuesday, October 27, at 9:00 p.m. ET, 6:00 p.m. PT, 8:00 p.m. CT, and 7:00 p.m. MT. The episodes, titled "Firewall" and "Deadlock", were initially expected to release one day later than that but Marvel surprised people ahead of the premiere by completely shifting VisionQuest's release schedule from Wednesdays to Tuesdays instead, meaning that every single episode will arrive one day earlier than initially expected.

These two episodes take us past the halfway point of the show, meaning that it's going to continue upping the ante with the finale in sight. It also means that it's the last week of the Disney Plus show's run in which it will release two weekly episodes, as it will revert to one weekly episode after this for the remaining two weeks. While that's an odd choice, the episode runtimes of the last two episodes are considerably longer, which will make up for the lack of a second episode.

VisionQuest has been all about Vision's journey back to what once came so naturally to him. The synthezoid has been on our screens as part of the MCU since 2015's Avengers: Age of Ultron - when he was created by the Avengers to help them defeat Ultron himself - but his death in 2018's Avengers: Infinity War brought his arc to a bit of a crossroads.

His beloved Wanda Maximoff created a fictional, idyllic life for herself and a manifestation of him in Westview using her Chaos Magic, completely unaware that SWORD had rebuilt the original Vision. Now known as the White Vision, he was stripped of his memories and emotions, simply designed to destroy the Scarlet Witch. However, after crossing paths with Westview's Visions, he had his memories restored - just not the emotions that go along with them.

Now, the White Vision is hoping that a run-in with Tommy Maximoff - the son of Wanda Maximoff and the Westview Vision (and, by extension, his own son) - will reawaken some of those emotions. The fact that he saved him from the Paladin in the first two episodes is already proof that it's beginning to work. And, four episodes in, the bonding has already begun.

With a Maximoff Family Reunion inevitable at some point and the upcoming Avengers: Doomsday on the horizon, it's a very exciting time to be a Marvel fan. And the next two episodes of VisionQuest will bring us that much closer to both of those things.
