You know what they say: New year, new Marvel projects to be on the lookout for. 2026 is set to be one of the biggest years for the superhero giant, not only because the end of the MCU's Multiverse Saga is on the horizon, but because everyone's favorite friendly neighborhood hero will get to steal the spotlight in multiple movies and TV series. After a few quiet months, Spider-Man is back, and he won't hold back in the slightest.
Despite being Marvel's most popular hero, the wall-crawler has been nowhere to be seen in the MCU for nearly half a decade. Fortunately, Tom Holland's Peter Parker will finally swing back to the big screen in what's shaping up to be one of the character's most exciting films ever made. As if that wasn't enough, fans are about to witness the first live-action Spider-Man that doesn't feature Peter Parker as a protagonist, opening the door for innovative (and possibly dark) stories to be told. So, without further ado, here's every Spider-Man movie and TV show coming in 2026:

Spidey And His Amazing Friends Seasons 4 and 5
First episode release date: Jan. 2, 2026
Spider-Man fans spent merely one day of 2026 without seeing the wall-crawler back in action, which is an impressive new record. Back on Jan. 2, 2026, season 4, episode 15 of Spidey And His Amazing Friends was released on Disney+, marking the beginning of many kid-friendly adventures to come. Although season 4 is coming to an end (with just three more episodes waiting to air at the time of writing this), the series has proven to be such a hit that fans will get to see plenty more of it.
Season 5 of Spidey And His Amazing Friends is not only a reality, but it is expected to be released in 2026. Furthermore, a sixth season has already been confirmed and will likely be released in 2027. That means Spidey and his ensemble of supporting characters will keep raising the new generation of real-life heroes for many years to come, and we wouldn't want it any other way.

Spider-Man: Brand New Day
Release date: Jul. 31, 2026
A lot has been said about the grueling wait for The Batman - Part II, and with good reason. By the time the long-awaited sequel comes out, five years will have passed since the first entry in the franchise. However, there's another superhero movie that has been nearly half a decade in the making as well, and that's Spider-Man: Brand New Day. Fortunately, it seems like the wait will prove to be worth it.
Spider-Man: Brand New Day might be a street-level storyline, but it has the scope of a big crossover event. The Punisher and the Hulk are confirmed to make an appearance in the web-slinger's upcoming adventure, with reports indicating that Yelena Belova might have a cameo. Furthermore, fans have theorized that the MCU's version of Jean Grey will debut in the movie, with Sadie Sink set to portray the beloved hero. But if all of that weren't enough, many different villains are rumored to show up in the film, from Tarantula and Boomerang all the way to The Hand. And did we mention that Scorpion and Tombstone are confirmed antagonists? Yes, there's a lot on Peter Parker's plate.
Spider-Man: Brand New Day is shaping up to be one of the most ambitious Spidey projects ever made. While superhero movies can go downhill by featuring too many characters, let's hope that director Destin Daniel Cretton manages to break this curse.

Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man season 2
Release window: Fall 2026
Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man season 1 marked a surprising return to formula for the character while keeping things surprisingly fresh, quickly becoming a fan-favorite along the way. The acclaimed series also ended things on multiple big cliffhangers, such as the Venom symbiote being in Norman Osborn's possession, Aunt May visiting Peter Parker's dad in prison (because turns out Richard Parker is alive), Nico Minoru communicating with her deceased mother through a ritual, and Otto Octavius planning to build his iconic metal arms.
Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man Season 2 has many questions to answer and story threads to pick up. But now that Peter is already a superhero, the series won't have to go over an origin story anymore, which means it can jump straight to the fun part. Furthermore, new characters such as Spider-Gwen are confirmed to make an appearance, which will allow for more explosive action sequences and a more intricate plot. But while Season 2 is aiming to be bigger and better than its predecessor, fans should expect it to have an open ending yet again, as Season 3 is already in the works.

Spider-Noir
Release window: 2026
All the projects we've mentioned so far feature Peter Parker as a protagonist, so let's switch things around for a moment, shall we? In the superhero community, Ben Reilly is known for being the most polarizing version of Spider-Man, quickly switching from being a hero to acting as a full-blown antagonist. However, we're going to see the character in a whole new light, as he's set to be a private investigator in the Great Depression era, facing monstrous creatures the likes of which few other Spider-Men have seen. While it will be weird not to see Peter Parker acting as Spider-Man Noir (as is the case in comic book pages), we're eager to see what surprises are in store for Ben Reilly.
MGM+ and Prime Video's Spider-Noir stars Nicolas Cage as a more violent version of the wall-crawler who isn't afraid to use guns and end lives to save the day. Cage is no stranger to the role, as he already portrayed Spider-Man Noir in the Spider-Verse franchise. However, bringing such a dark and mysterious world to live-action is a massive, and quite frankly, risky undertaking. Fortunately, based on the little we've seen so far, it appears the anticipated series has managed to effortlessly pull it off. While a release window has yet to be announced, Spider-Man fans can expect the show to arrive in 2026 (along with a black-and-white version for more immersion).

Honorable mention: Avengers: Doomsday
Release date: Dec. 18, 2026
The official cast of Avengers: Doomsday was unveiled and, much to everyone's surprise, it didn't feature heavy hitters such as Wanda Maximoff or Tom Holland's Spider-Man. Granted, Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige confirmed that even more unannounced heroes are set to make an appearance, giving Spidey fans a glimpse of hope. Unfortunately, many sources have claimed that the MCU's version of Peter Parker will skip the movie altogether. On the bright side, someone else might take his place.
Avengers: Doomsday is set to shine the spotlight on past superheroes we thought were long gone, such as X-Men variants from the Fox era. As such, it's only fitting that Tobey Maguire's Spider-Man will have a major role in the movie, according to different reports. It's worth keeping in mind that the upcoming crossover will deal with the repercussions of multiversal incursions. Since Tobey Maguire's Peter Parker spent a lot of time in the "Sacred Timeline", it wouldn't be shocking to learn that his universe is on a collision course with the MCU. Only time will tell if a version of the wall-crawler will be present in Avengers: Doomsday or not, but it would be strange for Marvel to create its biggest movie yet without featuring any version of its biggest superhero.
