At this point, it feels like the Spider-Man: Brand New Day trailer might be nothing more than a cruel illusion created by Mysterio to mess with fans of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. At the time of writing this, we're 148Â days away from the movie's release, which, needless to say, is very late in the game. For comparison, a teaser trailer for Avengers: Infinity War made its way online exactly 148 days before the crossover hit theaters. You'd think that an Avengers theatrical adventure would be shrouded in more secrecy than a Spider-Man film, but turns out that's not the case.
Part of the reason we're still in the dark is that Marvel started promoting its most ambitious project to date, Avengers: Doomsday, back in December 2025. Four teaser trailers have been released since then, with the latest one being published online on Jan 13, 2026. Naturally, the upcoming crossover had the spotlight to itself for the first months of the year. However, now that enough time has passed, it is time for the wall-crawler to make his grand entrance. Fortunately, it might not be long before we get our first look at Spider-Man: Brand New Day. And it's not the only MCU trailer on the horizon.
The Spider-Man: Brand New Day and Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 trailers are reportedly ready to be published
According to insider The Beyond Reporter, the trailers for Spider-Man: Brand New Day and Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 are complete and ready to be uploaded online. To add more fuel to the fire, multiple sources had previously claimed that footage of the wall-crawler's upcoming adventure would arrive in March, indicating that a release is truly imminent.

It has been reported that part of the reason the Spider-Man: Brand New Day trailer hasn't arrived yet is that Sony wasn't satisfied with the reception of the leaked trailer that made its way online last year. As a result, the studio has been hard at work polishing the VFX of a big action sequence to add it into the mix, and it appears the footage is finally ready to go.
Keeping in mind that Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 is set to come out on March 24, chances are that the Man Without Fear will get the spotlight first over the following week, with Spidey getting his chance to shine in the last two weeks of March, as suggested by multiple insiders. The true winners are superhero fans, who will get a look at two big MCU projects in a short span of time.
Rumor has it that the Spider-Man: Brand New Day trailer could be attached to Project Hail Mary, which is set to hit theaters on March 20, 2026. This would be a slightly similar strategy to the one Marvel used to promote Avengers: Doomsday, when it attached the crossover's first teaser trailer to Avatar: Fire and Ash.

It's important to remember that marketing for Spider-Man: Brand New Day has already begun. Our first look at Scorpion, Tarantula, and Boomerang in costumes is already here. Besides, a promotional art unveiled Hulk will miss his smart glasses and go back to his violent ways. The longer Sony holds onto the trailer, the more some surprises are likely to be spoiled by third-party merch. Time is ticking, and a teaser must come soon.
As for the Devil of Hell's Kitchen, we already had a quick glimpse of his upcoming adventure, but that was just a teaser trailer. Marketing for the new season has yet to really take off, despite being just a few weeks away. A first official trailer is imminent, along with perhaps a clip showcasing more of Matt Murdock and Jessica Jones working together, which is sure to be a big selling point for the series.
The following weeks could be massive for MCU fans, and we can't wait to see how it all pans out. With a bit of luck, the first Spider-Man: Brand New Day trailer will prove to be worth the long wait.
Spider-Man: Brand New Day will be released on Jul. 31, 2026.
