  • Artist: Daniel Sampere
  • Release date: June 18, 2024

The Sovereign is still trying to break Wonder Woman and continues to fail. What’s next? It looks like he's going to send in Cheetah. 8. Batman No. 149

  • Writer: Chip Zdarsky
  • Artist: Jorge Jiménez
  • Release date: June 18, 2024

Batman has defeated Failsafe (Batman No. 148) and made amends with the Bat Family, but we know that isn’t the end of the Dark Knight's troubles. Bruce will now look at himself and see how he can improve. Plus, Failsafe is part of Amanda Waller’s Amazon Justice League (DC Comics: Absolute Powers). I guess Bruce shouldn’t have left it after Zur-En-Arrh was beaten.

7. Titans No. 12

  • Writer: Tom King
  • Artist: Chris Samnee
  • Release date: June 18, 2024

Raven’s demon side replaced the real Raven during the conclusion of Titans: Beast World. In a shocking turn of events, she’s starting to enjoy being with the Titans. However, as we all know, things like this can change quickly.

This will be an important comic book with Absolute Power coming soon. Amanda Waller is invested in what her plant (evil Raven) does. Evil Raven changing her mind could ruin Waller's plans.

6. Invincible Iron Man No. 19

  • Writer: Gerry Duggan
  • Artist: Kael Ngu
  • Release date: June 19, 2024

Tony Stark has defeated Feilong and his Iron Man Sentinels. Does this mean Tony will get his company back? What will happen to Tony and Emma’s relationship? Is he still the Black King of the Hellfire Club? How will Rhodey react when he sees Tony? This could be the must-read Marvel Comic of the week.

5. Destro No. 1

  • Writer: Dan Watters
  • Artist: Andrei Bressan
  • Release date: June 19, 2024

The Energon Universe has been nearly flawless since it started back in 2023. So much so that reading any new comic book involving it is a must. Jumping in on Destro No. 1 is the right thing to do. A war between G.I. Joe, the Transformers, and more is coming and Destro will be in the middle of it.

4. Black Panther: Blood Hunt No. 2

  • Writer: Cheryl Lynn Eaton
  • Artist: Andrea Sorrentino
  • Release date: June 19, 2024

You rarely see T’Challa being controlled by anyone, but here we are. Blade turned T’Challa into a vampire and now he’s under his control. The Black Panther is fighting and Shuri is helping, but nothing works. T'Challa's already gotten The Temple of the First Blasphemy for Blade (Blood Hunt No. 3). Who knows what he'll be forced to do next?

3. Doctor Strange No. 16

  • Writer: Jed Mackay
  • Artist: Pasqual Ferry
  • Release date: June 19, 2024

Stephen Strange is another of Blade’s bitten victims (Blood Hunt No. 1). Luckily, Clea removed Strange’s astral form from his body (Doctor Strange No. 15). Unfortunately, that left his physical body vulnerable. Victor Strange will try to capitalize on this and take Stephen’s body before the two Sorceror Supremes notice.

2. Sensational She-Hulk No. 9

  • Writer: Rainbow Rowell
  • Artist: Andrés Genolet
  • Release date: June 19, 2024

This is on here for no other reason than both of Rainbow Rowell’s ongoing She-Hulk comics have been flawless. Although, Comixology says something major is going to happen in this issue. According to an upcoming Marvel series, it could be about Jennifer Walters becoming an Avenger.

1. Ultimate Spider-Man No. 6

  • Writer: Jonathan Hickman
