Arrow: First Look At Diggle's Costume

Following recent reports that Diggle will be getting a code name for Season 4 of The CW’s Arrow, Entertainment Weekly brings us an official image of Ollie’s friend and brother-in-arms in his new costume.

Executive producer Marc Guggenheim tells Entertainment Weekly how they came up with Diggle’s new look.

"We try to be very consistent with our characterization … I don’t think Diggle looks at it as a costume per se … Oliver [Stephen Amell], in the last season, gave him advice in terms of concealing his identity, and so Diggle approaches it from a very practical standpoint. He followed Oliver’s advice and he’s got a means of concealing his identity, but I think Diggle would probably react to anyone calling it a costume."

A recent article also revealed that Ollie and team will be getting a new lair since their initial one was raided by an angry Captain Lance. The new lair promises to be even more hi-tech with multiple sections that will be revealed throughout the season.

Season 4 of the hit series promises to be an exciting one. New additions to the cast include Neal McDonough as Damien Darhk, Alexander Calvert as Anarky, Jimmy Akingbola as Baron Blitzkrieg, Jeri Ryan as Jessica Danforth, and J.R. Bourne as Double Down. But that’s not all. The new season will also have more crossover episodes with The Flash, and appearances by famous characters from DC lore: Hawkman and Matt Ryan’s Constantine.

Arrow Season 4 will premiere on The CW on Wednesday, October 7, 2015 at 8:00PM EST.
